訂房  Booking

 

• 官網線上訂房一律以線上刷卡的方式付費。
  電話或現場預約訂房接受信用卡、ATM轉帳、匯款及現金支付等方式。

                                                       

 

     We only accept credit card for our online booking system.
     Make a payment by a remittance, ATM money transfer, credit card or cash for a booking are 
     available for a telephone booking and walk-in guest. 

 

• 住房與退房時間: 
  入住時間：下午三點以後
  退房時間：中午十二時以前
  逾時退房每半小時需加收NTD150。
  Check-in time is 15:00, checkout is 12:00pm. A late checkout fee will be charged NTD150 every half hour. 
   

• 加床費用為每人NTD500，加人不加床每人加收NTD300，六歲以下孩童免費(需視房況而定)；背包客房無加床服務。

     Extra bed request is NTD500 per person, and extra person fee is NTD300 per person, under 6 year- 

     old child is free (The arrangement is according to the room size). Extra bed or extra person are not

     allowed in Dormitory room.

 

 

    更改或取消訂房  Change or Cancel Booking

​

• 更改或取消訂房之程序請於訂房時的相同網站辦理，櫃檯或客服人員將不受理其它訂房網的更改或取消事宜。
  Please change or cancel your booking at the same website as your booking. We cannot modify or cancel the booking of other booking websites for you.
   

• 若欲更改訂房之入住日期，請於入住日三天前（不含入住日當天）提出，逾期恕不接受更改。
  同一筆訂單僅限更改乙次，更改時間僅限延展或保留一個月，更改後恕不再接受取消訂房。
  We offer 1 time change of check-in date 3 days prior to check-in without handling fee. The extension of check-in date cannot over 1 months. The reservation with the change or extension of the check-in date applied cannot be cancelled or applied for any change or extension again.
   

• 取消訂房應負擔費用之計算方式如下：
  1. 旅客於入住日期前14日取消訂房時，將不收取取消訂房手續費。
  2. 旅客於入住日期前10至13日取消訂房時，應負擔訂金之30%為訂房取消費用。
  3. 旅客於入住日期前7至9日取消訂房時，應負擔訂金之50%為訂房取消費用。
  4. 旅客於入住日期前4至6日取消訂房時，應負擔訂金之60%為訂房取消費用。
  5. 旅客於入住日期前2至3日取消訂房時，應負擔訂金之70%為訂房取消費用。
  6. 旅客於入住日期前1日取消訂房時，應負擔訂金之100%為訂房取消費用。
  7. 旅客於入住日期當天取消訂房或怠於通知者，應負擔第一晚房費之費用。
  
  The cancellation of a confirmed reservation is applied with the following conditions:

  1.   +14 days prior to check-in, no cancellation fee will be charged.
  2.   13 to 10 days prior to check-in, 30% of the deposit will be charged as the handling fee.
  3.   9 to 7 days prior to check-in, 50% of the deposit will be charged as the handling fee.
  4.   6 to 4 days prior to check-in, 60% of the deposit will be charged as the handling fee.
  5.   2 to 3 days prior to check-in, 70% of the deposit will be charged as the handling fee.
  6.   1 day prior to check-in, 80% of the deposit will be charged as the handling fee.
  7.   Cancel at the check-in date or no show, no deposit will be refunded.
